Twiga Group Managing Director Jo Smyth said the organisation was dealing with significant breaches of regulatory and governance following a regulator review.
“There was a need for a cultural turnaround that was focused on both compliance and customers. Our consultant introduced new change management capability into the Australian head office environment to support operational change and regulatory reform.
“One of the main pieces of work was the design and development of an accredited change management program for leaders, including proven change models, experiential learning and real time project change learning.
This created regional leadership for change and communications, delivering an organisational change capability to deliver cultural change.
Following a critical regulatory and governance failure, this work enabled the Asia Pacific operations leadership team develop their change capability and position themselves as global change leaders for cultural change and communications.
