Talent pursuit brings together experiential learning, industry partnerships and capacity building to showcase future talent.

Why is it important?

Talent pursuit is a program that focuses on solving a real and current business challenge, providing those participating with new skills and capabilities for change and empowering cross functional teams to showcase their talents and pitch ideas for implementation.

Our approach

Talent Persuit begins by finding sponsors who have real world challenges, needing real world solutions. 

With this we work with partners in the educational and recruitment sectors to identify individuals with the skills and capabilities needed to solve these real world problems.

Bringing both these groups together in a high stakes pressure cooker environemnt where candidates show case there skills, personaly values and competencies and industry sees what can be achived see magic happen for all praties.

Workshop objectives

Talent pursuit is a partnership program with industry and education.

  • enabling future talent to work on current industry problems 
  • connecting future talent with industry 
  • showcasing existing industry talent
  • establishing a talent pipeline 
  • creates leadership capacity for innovation and change
