Grounded in design thinking philosophy and rapid ideation techniques, our experts design, deliver, and create a cultural and engagement experience for organisations focussed on solving a current business challenge.

We use human centred design techniques to understand culture, accelerate change and solve complex problems.

Workshop objectives

Hackathon by Twiga follows a proven human centred design agenda to create solutions to an agreed business challenge.  

At the end of the day, teams will:

  • develop and apply skills in design thinking 
  • create a concept solution for a current business challenge
  • develop and present a compelling pitch to organisational leaders

Duration

Hackathon by Twiga can be delivered as a single day in-person event or as a hybrid or fully virtual experience (over a week) depending on organisational need.
